LASIK (Laser-Assisted in Situ Keratomileusis)
PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy)
LASIK and PRK are surgical procedures that use a laser beam to reshape the cornea. Patients who are nearsighted, farsighted, or astigmatic may benefit from this type of procedure.
LENS REPLACEMENT SURGERY: Similar to cataract surgery, but performed electively, often before cataracts cause significant vision changes. It’s generally used to enhance visual acuity and address refractive errors such as Myopia, Hyperopia, Astigmatism and Presbyopia.
We co-manage refractive surgery with Dr. Isaac Porter and The Laser Eye Center in Raleigh, as well as White Eye Associates in Greenville. We will perform your pre- and post-operative care. All 3 locations are top notch!
